HTSYS-5型全自動(dòng)實(shí)驗軟膠囊機是我公司2012年研制的新型產(chǎn)品，該機是目前國內*既能用于實(shí)驗室研發(fā)同時(shí)又能中試用的軟膠囊機型，該機也是目前國內*一款大、小丸（100mg-2000mg）都能生產(chǎn)的機型，*按照GMP要求精心設計而成。采用單相220V電源，目前該機型被廣泛應用于全國100多所藥研機構和重點(diǎn)院校。

HTSYS-5型全自動(dòng)實(shí)驗軟膠囊機運用多種自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)，操作簡(jiǎn)單，性能穩定，工作可靠。整機采用優(yōu)化設計，功能齊全，結構緊湊。整套設備包括一臺主機及控制系統、一臺干燥機、一只化膠罐、一個(gè)配料罐、一個(gè)膠體磨、一套模具、整套設備用材考究，*符合GMP要求，整套設備占地面積?。?個(gè)平方），適用于醫藥、食品、化妝品、保健品等多種行業(yè)。

HTSYS-5-type soft capsule machine rolling mode is to absorb advanced technology, based on a combination of the production process and characteristics of soft capsules, the use of advanced technology and high quality materials, carefully designed according to GMP requirements made.
